Terms and conditions: NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service audience survey 2025

  1. The Promoter is NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS), NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW), Locked Bag 5022, Parramatta NSW 2124, ABN 30 841 387 271. 
  2. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  3. Entry is restricted to respondents who fulfil the following conditions:  
    1. Complete the survey 
    2. Provide their email address 
  4. Entry is open to all residents of Australia, 18 years and over. Employees of the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) and its associated agencies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. 
  5. The promotion commences at 12:00 AEST Friday 7 November 2025 and closes at Midnight AEST Tuesday 2 December 2025, or when 2,000 responses have been received, whichever is first. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. 
  6. One winner will be selected for the prize. This is a game of chance. The winners will be selected by a computerised system that is random in its selection of winners. 
  7. Participants can enter the draw only once, and only one entry per email address will go into the draw. 
  8. The draw will take place on 12:00 AEST Wednesday 3 December 2025 at The Promoter’s office, Parkline Place, 252 Pitt Street NSW 2000. 
  9. The winner will be notified by email on Thursday 4 December 2025. 
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the draw which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause. 
  11. The prize consists of the following: one NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service gift voucher for a total value of $300.00 to be used for camping or accommodation in a NSW national park.  
  12. The prize cannot be transferred. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize. 
  13. In the event that the prize winner is unable to redeem the prize, declines to redeem the prize, or the prize remains unclaimed by COB 9 December 2025, the winner forfeits the prize, and the Promoter will conduct a second draw to award the prize. The second draw will take place on 10 December 2025 and the winner will be contacted via email on that day. 
  14. If the prize were unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation. 
  15. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter. 
  16. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available. 
  17. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Personal information will be shared with the Promoter for the purposes of taking part in the draw and contacting the prize winner.
